This is a website where information about electronic devices, components and parts is collected, especially on space application.

This site mainly focuses on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) commercial, industrial, and automotive grade integrated circuits (ICs) and components from 2000 onward. Although widely used in commercial space industry, characteristics on radiation resistance, flight heritage, potential issues can hardly be summarized elsewhere.

The (?) after the {Part used in system} cell indicates conflicting data or data in question from different papers/reports/data sources. As the nature of satellite design and development process, it may take several for designing and developing one satellite, and the design may be changed and altered. So papers in different stages may indicate different part/component used. Generally, the later the paper published, the more accurate data it provides.
